OBJECTS
Planned randomness is the basis of my creations. The direct contact with the rusty parts with unknown history makes the audience an indirect participant of making new narration. I detach the information from the parts and leave the information outside of the artwork. The oxidized, rusty metals are transformed into an elegiac monument to the passage of time and memory. This work documents the decayed layers of modern life, by using everyday life rusty metal parts, referring to the naive era of the stone age and visually represents a forgotten archaeological object.
